Together with frequent collaborator Danny Bramson, Cameron compiled this truly eclectic and rich group of pop tracks for the film Vanilla Sky, securing original songs by the likes of Paul McCartney and R.E.M. Sir. Paul nabbed an Oscar nod for his playful title track, and Cameron Diaz, whose performance in the film was widely heralded, performed the dreamy I Fall Apart under the pseudonym Julianna Gianni. Radiohead, Nancy Wilson, The Chemical Brothers, Bob Dylan and Sigur R—s are among other headliners who provide diverse tracks on the album.
