On their first collaboration, Cameron Crowe and his wife Nancy Wilson worked with Danny Bramson and Jerry Greenberg to create the soundtrack for Crowe's directorial debut, Say Anything... Nancy co-wrote the score with Richard Gibbs and Anne Dudley, and performed her first solo song (without Heart), All for Love. Living Colour contributed an unreleased live version of their song, Cult of Personality, and The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Cheap Trick, Depeche Mode, Fishbone and The Replacements are among those who made the soundtrack, and the movie, memorable. A pivotal song in the film, Peter Gabriel's In Your Eyes would have been sorely missed had it not been included as well.
